Cameron Diaz Bares All in Esquire Cameron-Diaz-Sexy-Esquire-UK-2012

Cameron Diaz bares a lot physically and mentally as she graces the cover of UK Esquire’s November issue.

Diaz broke out as the sexy vixen in the 90’s hit, The Mask. She then went on to become one of the most recognizable faces in comedies with cult classic, There’s Something About Mary and her stint as an angel alongside Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu in Charlie’s Angels. Diaz even got serious with Tom Cruise in Vanilla Sky, and Being John Malkovich. While her last film, What to Expect When Expecting, didn’t do too well in the box office, that probably wasn’t the reason for her thoughts on marriage and kids.

In Esquire Cameron reveals her actual longtime thoughts on the idea of starting a family and the possibility of adoption down the road. “It’s hard to say. [Marriage] just wasn’t the thing I was drawn to. I certainly didn’t want it in my 20s. Or my 30s,” she added about being a mother, “I don’t need to have the children in my life be a part of my literal flesh. And anyway, there’s still a possibility of that, I ain’t that old.”

Diaz then went on to talk about her current mental state, “For the first time in my life I’m content,” she says on entering her fifth decade. “I’m so excited. Getting older is the best part of life. Like, I know more than I’ve ever known. I have gratitude. I know myself better. I feel more capable than ever. And as far as the physicality of it – I feel better at 40 than I did at 25.”

She might be hilarious and beautiful, but honestly…what was she thinking not settling down back in the day when she was engaged to Justin Timberlake? Her loss and Jessica Biel’s huge win.
