Usher has been through quite a bit over the past few months, and now it’s time for him to take a brief break. The superstar singer just ended a very public custody battle that left him victorious as he won primary custody of his two boys, Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Raymond, 3.

I suppose Usher is trying to let the judge know that the right decision was made, because the dedicated father is postponing the European “Usher Euphoria Tour” all the way until the fall of 2013.

The “Climax” singer posted this statement on his site:

“The feeling of euphoria that I get when performing for you is indescribable. I love each and every one of you and thank you for being there every step of the way. I truly appreciate and am grateful for your support while I take this time to focus on my children and continue to evolve with my fans. Evolve or evaporate.”

Love Usher.

This might be a good move for Usher, since during the custody trial, his ex-wife Tameka Raymond made claims that he cares more about his social life than he does his own children. Her lawyer even brought out photos of Usher partying in Europe to prove this…and since Tameka is still attempting to appeal the court’s decision, it’s probably best for the singer to stay far away from anything that could make him look like an unfit father.

Tameka just recently spoke out in a three-part interview with Entertainment Tonight where she opened up about things like Usher sleeping with her bridesmaid:

“I hate to say it, but I somewhat empathize with her. I feel that she was vulnerable. She fell into somewhat of a trap… We all know how charming he can be.”

She also admitted to throwing food at Usher’s car, and spitting on his girlfriend, saying:

“It was not one of my more proud moments. I’m prone to human frailty. It was a one-time incident. I was angry.”

The second part of Tameka’s interview will air tonight on ET. Will you be watching? Or do you think Tameka should just stop talking and move on with her life?
