Tori Spelling Has Surgery for Childbirth Complication

Tori Spelling Has Surgery for Childbirth Complication

Tori Spelling may be getting a sign from Mother Nature that four is enough! Just weeks after the birth of her fourth child, the former TV star is back in the hospital.

TMZ is reporting that Spelling was rushed to an L.A. area hospital this weekend and had to undergo emergency surgery. The problem is a complication from the c-section the new mom underwent to deliver son Finn on August 30th.

Spelling is out of danger and still hospitalized. This is not the first post-baby problem suffered by the mom of four, who had previously been hospitalized for migraines following the birth of daughter Hattie last year.

Is mother nature trying to tell her something? Like maybe it’s time to close down the baby factory? The 39-year-old actress has given birth four times in only five years. Doctors recommend a period of at least two years between births to give the mother’s body time to fully recover from pregnancy and delivery. Given Spelling’s history of eating disorders, four pregnancies so close together can’t be good for her.

Hopefully, Spelling will soon be out of the hospital and back home with hubby Dean McDermott and their brood.  We wish her the best.
