Nicole Kidman has never had any qualms about taking off her clothes onscreen, but since her marriage to country crooner Keith Urban and the birth of their two children, she’s stayed pretty much covered up. All that’s changed now, and the actress has thrown modesty to the winds for her sexy new photo spread!

To promote her new film “Paperboy,” Kidman poses nearly nude for the cover story in V Magazine’s Travel Issue. The 45-year-old Oscar winner appears topless on the cover, looking slyly over her shoulder as she shows off her perky booty and mile-long legs. On the inside, she’s wearing just lace undies and a red fur coat.

In the interview inside, Kidman talks about the most controversial scene in the film, where she pees on costar Zac Efron after his character gets stung by a jellyfish. “The peeing thing, I didn’t think that was weird, because I was in character. And for me it said so much about [my character]. One, she’s protecting him. Two, she’s tough as nails and no one else is going to pee on this guy. All of that made total sense to me. I just went for it and didn’t overthink it.”

After waiting until she was over 40 to start a family, Kidman is now the happy mom of two daughters, Sunday, 4, and Faith, 1. She recalled how she and her husband can’t stand being away from their little girls for very long.

“I rented this beautiful house on the beach. I thought, ‘We’ll go and swim in the ocean and just get lost in each other.’ So we go down, just us, and I’m like, ‘We really should bring the kids.’ And then the kids come down and the whole dynamic changes. Another time, we got one night, and then we were both in tears. It was ridiculous. But time is so precious and I love the sound of them and the feel of them. I just don’t want to miss anything, and I don’t want them to go ‘Where’s my mom?’ So I’m working through that.”
