Usher isn’t saying “Yeah” since he’s been held in contempt of court.

You’d think Usher’s ex, Tameka Foster, would still be grieving weeks after burying her 9 year old son who lost his life to a jet ski accident, but nope. Instead she was back in court with the singer and actually singing a happier tune since the judge ruled in her favor.

First off, Usher got a slap on the wrist for violating their settlement agreement that stated, “neither party shall travel with the children outside the State of Georgia or the Continental United States without the express written consent of the other parent.” Foster reported she, “often did not know where her children were,” only to see them at red carpet events.

Sticking with the kids, Usher also violated the agreement that required him to pay for a nanny. So he was ordered to pay $1300 to a former nanny of the family.

And the last order of business that left Foster feeling high and mighty compared to her ex? Usher was also supposed to keep a Saks Fifth Avenue account available for Foster. He was ordered to reopen it in his name. Foster claimed she needed that card for her job as a stylist. Aren’t her clients supposed to pay for things?

In all this, the judge hasn’t settled the custody portion of this courtroom battle, but one thing’s for sure, Usher is getting plowed right now.
