Country star Randy Travis was arrested Tuesday night after he crashed his car, threatened to shoot the police, was drunk as a skunk…All while butt naked.

They say rappers are the ones the law has to worry about, well today the headlines are all about the Country icon Randy Travis and his second run in with authorities this year. In February, Travis was taken in on suspicion of public intoxication after he was found in a car outside a church with an open bottle of wine. 

Now he’s got another mug shot to add to the list with this week’s arrest.  Cops were called to the scene when it was reported that there was a man lying in the middle of the road. Much to their surprise they found Travis’ car crashed and him naked. No one else was hurt, and the singer suffered a black eye and minor cuts.

Initially just a DWI arrest, the charges turned into DWI plus retaliation, when Travis was in the back of the cop car and threatened, to “shoot and kill the Troopers working the case.”

At the station the cops gave him a shirt for his mug shot, and some paper bottoms to hide his little Travis.

The 53 year old has been released after paying a $21,500 bond. $20,000 of that was for the felony charge.
