Jonah Hill started out as just the big guy in the background, but soon transformed into the leading man of comedy, slimmed down for the surprise 21 Jump Street, and now has gained a bit back. But no matter what role he’s in, or what size his pants are…He’s proven to be a reigning king of comedy. Hill even stretched his wings and became an Oscar nominated actor after starring alongside Brad Pitt in Moneyball.  Now this week he’ll be hitting theaters with Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn in The Watch, but before you head out to see that, check out these not so obvious facts about Mr. Hill.

-Hill comes from a musical family. His dad, Richard Feldstein, worked with Guns N’ Roses and his brother, Jordan Feldstein, manages Maroon 5.

-He notes finding out he was going to be on Conan as a highlight of his career, “I screamed and ran around naked with all the dudes I was hanging out with.”

-Hill is close friends with Dustin Hoffman’s children. This helped him get his first major role in Hoffman’s “I heart Huckabees.”

-He’s inked with “Nancy Rules” on his forearm as a tribute to his grandma.

-Hill wanted to be a hip-hop producer at one point in his life. 

-Hill would rather be in a steady relationship, than with numerous girls, and has been in a longtime relationship with high school pal, Jordan Klein.

-He’s said, “I despise common people. They make me throw up.”

-He met Justin Long on the TV show Campus Ladies in 2006 and soon after they became roomies.
