Alec Baldwin is back in the news for being over aggressive with a photographer. Today’s incident comes just one week after he got into it with one outside of a New York courtroom.

The photographer seemed to keep his distance from Baldwin as he casually walked around his New York neighborhood Friday morning. Dressed uber down in a Late Night with David Letterman tee, flip flops and a pink stuffed animal under his arm, the 30 Rock star looked like he did not want to be bothered. But he also didn’t look like he’d flip out if provoked. This is starting to sound like a wild animal documentary.

Baldwin appeared okay up until the point where his neighbor insisted the photographer leave and the man behind the camera was rude to her. The actor was quick to get defensive.

“I want you to shut the f**k up … leave my neighbor alone … get outta here.”

When the photographer didn’t back down, Baldwin got physical by grabbing the man’s arm and pinning him up against a car. One can even hear Baldwin say to him, “I know you got raped by a priest or something”. It never crossed a serious line, but before walking away Baldwin called the guy a “little girl.”

Bad move on Baldwin’s part since he’s still under investigation for assaulting the other photographer last week. We all know the papz can be pretty annoying, but Baldwin might need to learn to have just a little more self control.
