Drake Addresses Club Fight with Chris Brown (Video)
Drake has kept quiet in the days following the incident that left many New York clubgoers injured. The 25-year-old Canadian rapper is allegedly the one who started all of the drama with Chris Brown, Meek Mill, and their security guards at NYC’s WIP club.
Since the bottle throwing brawl, Chris Brown and Meek Mill have addressed the situation via twitter, but we’ve gotten no word on what Drake has to say. Well, apparently, Drake wanted to share his feelings about the ordeal with the people who paid to see him. Saturday night, while on his Club Paradise Tour at the Jones Beach Theater in Long Island, Drake didn’t say any names, but he definitely took a few shots at Chris Brown and addressed what led to the mayhem:
“You were having a good night so far, you done had a couple drinks, you done met a couple thangs, and then the ni**a in the corner start looking at you funny and you feel a motherfu**in’ way about it. And then somebody going to the bathroom bumps you with their elbow and you like, ‘What the f**k?’At that time in my life, there’s really only one ni**a that I wanna hear.”
Drake was then joined on the stage by…Waka Flaka? A bit random, but okay. It also has been reported that New York investigators want to speak with Drake and his entourage about the events Wednesday night, but the crew refuses, claiming “they aren’t snitches”. However, if Drake doesn’t come forward soon, he could possibly be arrested.
