Amanda Bynes is either in denial…or everyone is simply picking on her. The tv star has been charged with a DUI, and she’s asking the number one man in charge for his help. Tuesday, a misdemeanor charge was filed against Bynes alleging that she had been in fact driving under the influence. If convicted, Bynes faces two days in prison, three years probation, and an alcohol program that she’ll have to attend for nine months. Bynes will also have to pay a small fine…well small to someone with a bank account like hers. 

Bynes was first accused of driving drunk back in April when she side swiped a car in Hollywood…and kept rolling. Bynes denied knowing anything had happened, and when reports later began to surface that Bynes was involved in another hit-and-run incident while tipsy, Bynes said this was completely false!  

I can’t help but laugh at all of you writing fake stories about me. I was not in any hit and runs. I don’t drink so the DUI is false.

Well according to police, the April DUI is far from false. Although, Bynes refused to take a breathalyzer test, the cop who pulled her over was certain that she had a few drinks before hopping behind the wheel. Bynes, however, feels that this cop should be punished for making such a charge…and who better to punish him than…Obama?

Hey @BarackObama… I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.

Sounds like Amanda needs an intervention…the first step is admitting.
