Someone needs to just turn the Usher trial over to Jerry Springer already. The custody case that has the OMG singer claiming his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, threw child like tantrums, took a Desperate Housewives turn today.

Tameka Foster’s lawyer tossed infidelity into the ring. Claims were made that Usher slept with one of her bridesmaids. Of course Usher is denying it.

It began when Usher threw into his argument that Tameka has been exposing their kids to constant change with the parade of nannies that enter and exit their lives. In a cross examination, the lawyer claimed it was Usher’s fault one of the nannies left Miami after the nannie caught Usher and the bridesmaid, Maya Fox Davis, in bed. Again, Usher denies the bridesmaid ordeal.

Will Smith, on the other hand, isn’t denying that he back handed a Moscow reporter while there for the MIB 3 premiere. He told David Letterman on Monday that it “was awkward.” His demeanor in the interview showcases it wasn’t a big deal to him. Which really, no one should blow it out of proportion. Any normal person would be taken aback by a stranger trying to kiss them. Unless of course the stranger was Ryan Gosling or something.
