The daughter of the recently deceased Whitney Houston…and the recently incarcerated Bobby Brown…Bobbi Kristina Brown, has been cast in the show For Better Or Worse. The TBS show is produced by family friend Tyler Perry.

As of now, there are not many details on the role. What is known, is that it is a recurring role, and shooting is set in Atlanta, where all of Perry’s shows are made.

The city is also the current home of Bobbi Kristina, so it will be a hometown affair, and is seen as a move to keep her grounded and out of trouble, according to many close to the family. Tyler Perry was a friend to Whitney Houston, and made headlines when escorting her body by private jet to her hometown New Jersey, after she had passed. This could be a way for him to assure the singers only daughter is taken care of. In an interview with Oprah a few weeks ago, 19 year old Bobbi explained that she wanted to be an entertainer like her famous parents. “I have to carry on the legacy. We’re going to do the singing thing. Some acting, some dancing.”
