Toni Braxton may be bankrupt, but there are some things even she is not willing to do anymore for a check. Apparently, filming the reality show Braxton Family Values with her sisters and mother is one of those things.

In an interview with talk show host Wendy Williams, Toni explained how it was her decision not to be on the second season of the hit reality show as much as she was in the first…and why.

“It is extremely invasive,” Toni said. “Everywhere you go in your life it’s ‘there’ and for me, I don’t like that.“
Toni Braxton’s younger sister, Tamar Braxton, commented on her sister leaving, saying “But The Braxtons is not The Braxtons without Toni!” 

Toni Braxton filed for bankruptcy for the second time not too long ago, so many people are wondering why she is leaving behind an assured check that she received simply by being around family members and people she can trust. Hostess Wendy Williams questioned the R&B star on her marital and financial woes, asking her if it was better to marry for love or for money. Toni’s answer was shocking, judging by the audience’s reception.

“I think financial stability is a little bit more important because you can learn to love anyone.”
