In casting news, Whoopi Goldberg and Lindsay Lohan are joining the cast of Glee for a few weeks. Goldberg will be on the show for a few episodes, while Lohan will be featured in just one.

Whoopi Goldberg, who is currently the moderator of  ABC’s hit morning show The View,  is set to play Carmen Tibideaux, a professor at the New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts, where characters Kurt and Rachel are to audition. Lindsay Lohan, who has landed a stream of high profile acting gigs of late, is set to portray herself, as a celebrity judge at Nationals.

The hit TV show was verbally reprimanded by Lindsay Lohan’s mother months ago. During an episode of the Fox show, Lohan was referred to as ‘crazy’ by Gwyneth Paltrow’s character. Well, now it looks as though everyone has kissed and made up.

There are a lot of questions surrounding their appearances. Will Goldberg sing? Will Lohan parody herself as she did recently during her hosting gig on Saturday Night Live? Will Goldberg be offered a semi-permanent role on the show? Ratings of their episodes may determine what happens!
